3. Service Qualification

Our services are provided on a qualification basis. We reserve the right to review all applications and determine eligibility for our services. Not all applicants will be accepted as clients. Qualification decisions are final and at our sole discretion.

4. Pricing and Payment

Our services are priced on a per-qualified-lead basis, typically ranging from $40-60 per lead, depending on your industry, target market, and campaign requirements. Specific pricing will be provided during the consultation process.

• Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements
• All prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• Refunds are provided only as specified in individual service agreements

5. Lead Quality Guarantee

We guarantee that all leads provided meet the qualification criteria agreed upon in your service agreement. If a lead does not meet these criteria, we will provide a replacement lead at no additional cost, subject to verification of the quality issue.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information about their business and target market
• Responding to leads in a timely manner
• Following up on provided leads according to best practices
• Providing feedback on lead quality when requested
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations in their use of our services

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and data on this website, including but not limited to software, databases, text, graphics, icons, hyperlinks, private information, designs, and agreements, are the property of or licensed to Lakeside Pathway Point and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy and the privacy of the leads we generate. Our data handling practices are outlined in our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you agree to our data collection and use practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

Lakeside Pathway Point shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months.

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. We may suspend or terminate services for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons with reasonable notice when possible.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding obligations must be fulfilled, and any prepaid fees for undelivered services will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of North Dakota, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of our services shall be resolved in the courts of North Dakota.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
